The working principle of the impact crusher

  1. a. Two-rotor impact crusher with two rotors rotating in the same direction. It is equivalent to the use of two semi-rotor impact crushers in series, with large crushing ratio, uniform particle size and large production capacity, but high power consumption. Can be used as a coarse, medium and fine crushing machine at the same time. This crusher reduces the number of broken plates and simplifies the production process.
  2. b. A two-rotor impact crusher with two rotors rotating in opposite directions. It is equivalent to the use of two single-rotor impact crushers in parallel, with large production capacity, which can crush large blocks of materials and be used as large coarse and medium crushers.
  3. c. Two-rotor impact crusher with two rotors rotating in the same direction. It is equivalent to the use of two semi-rotor impact crushers in series, with large crushing ratio, uniform particle size and large production capacity, but high power consumption. Can be used as a coarse, medium and fine crushing machine at the same time. This crusher reduces the number of broken plates and simplifies the production process.
